Mint Selection is working with a leading EPC with development capabilities delivering large-scale solar PV projects across Germany. With a strong project pipeline and expanding operations, they are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take charge of on-site delivery of utility-scale solar farms.

Role Overview

You will lead the on-site execution of solar PV projects, ensuring smooth coordination of all construction activities. From civil works to module installation and grid connection, this role is critical to ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality project delivery. Ideal for a proactive, detail-driven construction leader with large-scale solar experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across utility-scale solar project sites

• Oversee civil works, mechanical installation, electrical works, and commissioning readiness

• Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site

• Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams to align execution

• Monitor progress, subcontractor performance, and adherence to quality standards

• Serve as the main site contact for clients, inspectors, and technical teams

• Contribute to site setup, logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation

Your Profile

• 3+ years of on-site construction management experience in utility-scale solar PV

• Solid understanding of mounting systems, module installation, cabling, and inverters

• Proven experience managing subcontractors and leading site teams

• Familiar with German construction standards and project documentation

• Fluent in German (required); English proficiency preferred

• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites across Germany
