Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of various trades on site: Ensuring smooth processes and cooperation between involved trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, drywall builders).
2. Overcoming unexpected challenges: Quick and effective resolution of unforeseen problems during construction.
3. Regularly informing all parties involved through jour fixe meetings: Organizing and conducting meetings to update on project status, progress, and obstacles.
4. Responsibility for meeting deadlines: Monitoring construction progress to ensure timely completion.
5. Quality control: Verifying work compliance with quality standards and initiating corrective actions if needed.
6. Safety management: Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and standards on-site.
7. Documentation: Maintaining construction files, logs, and reports for comprehensive project documentation.
8. Involvement in the planning phase: Participating in the planning and preparation of new projects from the start to ensure optimal implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Master craftsman or technician qualification: Required in addition to technical training.
2. Completed trade qualification: Relevant trade training, preferably in the TGA sector.
3. Several years of experience in construction management: Practical experience in managing construction projects, ideally in similar environments.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills: Ability to communicate effectively and organize complex projects.
5. Assertiveness and problem-solving skills: Capable of making decisions and resolving issues efficiently.
6. Teamwork and resilience: Ability to work well in a team and remain composed in challenging situations.
7. Knowledge of building regulations and standards: Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Technical understanding and IT skills: Ability to interpret building plans and use software tools (CAFM, MS Office).
