Responsibilities:

• Coordination of the various trades on site: Ensuring smooth process and cooperation between trades (e.g., electricians, plumbers, drywall builders).
• Overcoming unexpected challenges: Quick and effective resolution of unforeseen problems during construction.
• Regular updates in jour fixe meetings: Organizing and conducting meetings to inform project participants about status, progress, and obstacles.
• Meeting deadlines: Monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of all work.
• Quality control: Checking work for compliance with standards and initiating corrective actions if needed.
• Safety management: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on site.
• Documentation: Maintaining construction files, logs, and reports for complete project documentation.
• Involvement in planning: Participating in planning and preparation of new construction projects from the start.

Qualifications:

• Master craftsman or technician qualification: Required in addition to technical training.
• Completed trade qualification: Relevant trade training, preferably in TGA sector.
• Several years of experience in construction management: Practical experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills: Effective communication with stakeholders and project organization.
• Assertiveness and problem-solving skills: Ability to make decisions and resolve issues efficiently.
• Teamwork and resilience: Ability to work well in a team and stay composed under pressure.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standards: Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Technical understanding and IT skills: Ability to interpret building plans and use software tools (CAFM, MS Office).
