Zusammenfassung

TL Concept GmbH in Jena sucht eine/n Bauleiter/in (m/f/d) für den Bereich Technische Isolierung. Sie leiten eigenständig Baustellen im ganzen Bundesgebiet, erstellen Aufmaße und koordinieren Abläufe mit Kunden, Projektleitern und Subunternehmern.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig, organisiert und verantwortungsbewusst, verfügen über Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft. Attraktive Vergütung, Firmenwagen und Gesundheitsleistungen werden geboten.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Bauleiter, ideal im Bereich Technische Isolierung.
• Kenntnisse in Vermessung, Abrechnung und Baukoordination.
• Selbstständige, organisierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Überwachung und Leitung von Baustellen bundesweit im Bereich Technische Isolierung.
• Aufnahme von Aufmaßen zur Materialbestellung und Abrechnung, einschließlich Blecharbeiten für die Fertigung.
• Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit Kunden, Projektleitern und Subunternehmern; Koordination des Bauablaufs.
• Anweisen von Monteuren, Einsatzplanung und Qualitäts-/Leistungsüberwachung auf der Baustelle.
• Einhalten von Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for independently overseeing and managing construction sites nationwide in the field of technical insulation.
• One focus is on preparing take-offs for ordering materials and billing, as well as on sheet metal take-offs for production.
• They regularly consult with clients, project managers and subcontractors and coordinate the construction process.
• You will also instruct fitters, manage their deployment and monitor quality and performance on the construction site.
• You are also responsible for complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• You have several years of experience as a site manager, ideally in the field of technical insulation
• Sound knowledge of measurement, invoicing and construction coordination are among your strengths.
• You work independently and in an organized manner, and you stand out for your assertiveness and sense of responsibility.
• A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel round out your profile.
