Zusammenfassung

TL Concept GmbH in Jena sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Senior Technician (m/w/d) im Bereich Technische Dämmung. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Projekte auf Baustellen, führen das Montagepersonal und wirken bei Mengenermittlungen sowie Berichten mit.

Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, führen das Team zuverlässig und sind reisefreudig. Führerschein Kl. B und Bereitschaft zu Reisen runden das Profil ab.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in technischer Dämmung, ideal als Vorarbeiter oder erfahrener Facharbeiter.
• Erfahrung in Mengenermittlung, Bauablaufdokumentation und Koordination von Arbeitsprozessen.
• Verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässige Teamführung, klare Übersicht auch in stressigen Phasen.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft rundet das Profil.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für Organisation, Koordination und Leitung von Projekten auf der Baustelle.
• Zuordnung und fachliche Anleitung des Montagepersonals.
• Überwachung von Terminen, Qualität, Leistung und Arbeitssicherheit.
• Koordination von Materialien, Werkzeugen, Geräten und Subunternehmern.
• Aufbereitung und Prüfung von Mengenermittlungen, Fortschrittsberichten sowie Abrechnungsdokumenten.
• Unterstützung bei Ausbildung und fachlicher Anleitung von Technikern und Auszubildenden.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for organizing, coordinating, and managing projects on the construction site
• Assignment and technical guidance of the installation crew
• Monitoring of Deadlines, Quality, Performance, and Workplace Safety
• Coordination of materials, tools, machinery, and subcontractors
• Preparation and review of quantity surveys, progress reports, and documents relevant to billing
• Support for the training and professional supervision of technicians and trainees

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience in technical insulation, ideally as a senior installer, foreman, or experienced skilled worker.
• You have experience in quantity surveying, construction site documentation, and the coordination of work processes.
• You take responsibility on the construction site, lead your team reliably, and maintain a clear overview even during busy periods.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and assertiveness.
• A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel round out your profile.
