TL Concept GmbH is seeking a full-time Site Manager Technical Insulation (m/f/d) to join our ESMC project in Dresden. You will work in a supportive team on a challenging project, supervising construction sites and ensuring quality and safety.

Description

We are looking for a full‑time Site Manager Technical Insulation (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible for our major ESMC project in Dresden. You will join a strong team and work on a challenging international project in a modern working environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction sites in the field of technical insulation in northern and eastern Germany.
• Generate measurements for material orders, invoicing and sheet‑metal measurements for production.
• Consult regularly with clients, project managers and subcontractors and coordinate the construction process.
• Instruct fitters, manage their deployment and monitor quality and performance on the construction site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a site manager, preferably in technical insulation.
• Strong knowledge of measurement, invoicing and construction coordination.
• Very good command of written and spoken German and fluent in English.
• Class B driving licence and willingness to work at the Dresden site for the major ESMC project.
