You will handle various projects for the biopharma and life science industry within a dedicated team of professionals. Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of industrial projects
• Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on site
• Coordination of construction site procedures and work processes
• Control and review of construction progress
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
• Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
• Defect recording and tracking

Show your expertise

• Degree in construction engineering, management, architecture, or similar
• Experience as a construction manager or in relevant professional roles
• Several years of experience in construction or project management
• Knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules, and technology
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
• English at a communicative level
• Teamwork, initiative, commitment, and flexibility
