The successful candidate will be a key part of the operational team (Design & Construction) responsible for project management of new Amazon Delivery Stations (distribution centers) in planning, construction preparation, and construction execution (existing + new builds). The Construction Manager will play a vital role in developing and implementing the EU distribution center infrastructure. This role involves analyzing and evaluating various planning and execution options that impact the efficiency of package processing at our Delivery Stations. Additionally, the candidate must support the standardization of technical and systems-related processes and systems.
This position combines civil engineering, building law, planning, time management, cost management, project management, facility management, and contract management. Proven skills and experience in planning, construction execution, and project management/control are necessary.

Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and proficiency in French, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans, or Zulu.
