The successful candidate will be an important part of the operational team (Design & Construction) and will be responsible for project management of new Amazon Delivery Stations (distribution centers) in planning, work preparation, and construction execution (existing + new builds). The Construction Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing the EU distribution center infrastructure. This role involves analyzing and evaluating various planning and execution options that directly impact the efficiency of package processing at our Delivery Stations. Additionally, the candidate must support the standardization of technical and system-related processes and systems.
The position combines civil engineering, construction law, planning, time management, cost management, project management, facility management, and contract management. Proven skills and experience in planning, construction execution, and project management/control are necessary.
