Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is looking for a

Construction Manager

• Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure on-time, within budget, and quality project execution.
• Communicates cross-functionally and provides all relevant information to the project core team, especially to the Project Manager, Project Supply Chain Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Scheduler.
• Acts as a specialist contact responsible for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team.
• Serves as the central project-related point of contact for the construction phase.
• Coordinates all matters related to the construction work package in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager.
• Monitors contractor compliance with the HSE plan and escalates significant non-conformities to the Project Manager; ensures all safety measures are implemented on-site.
• Prepares the construction work package thoroughly and properly.
• Ensures compliance with all legal and customer requirements during planning and execution, focusing on safe site operation and environmental considerations.

• Leads, manages, and controls all construction activities.
• Requires at least 3-5 years of professional experience in site management within steel processing plant construction.
• Experience in site erection and commissioning activities for steel plants is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to flexibility.
• Willing to travel worldwide.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Open-minded to new approaches and innovations.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
