Qualifikationen

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en gestion de site de construction.
• Connaissances en gestion d'activités d'érection et de mise en service pour des usines d'acier.
• Anglais écrit et parlé très bon.

Aufgaben

• Coordonne et contrôle toutes les activités de construction dans le projet.
• Assure le respect des exigences légales et des clients lors de la phase de planification.
• Point de contact central pour la phase de construction.

Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is looking for a

Construction Manager

• Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure in-time, in budget, and in-quality project execution for his function
• Communicates cross functional and provides all relevant information to the project core team, especially to the Project Manager and Project Supply Chain Manager, the Engineering Manager, and the Project Scheduler
• Specialist contact with responsibility for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team
• Central project-related point of contact for the construction phase
• Contact person for optimizing and coordinating all matters relating to construction work package in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager
• Monitors compliance of contractors with the HSE plan, and escalates to the Project Manager in the event of significant non-conformity; sets out the arrangements for HSE and ensures that all requisite measures are implemented for site operation;
• Is responsible for the full and proper preparation of the construction work package;
• Responsibility for compliance with all legal and customer requirements in the planning and execution phase of a project with focus on safe construction site operation, considering also all relevant environmental aspects

• Leadership to coordinate, manage and controls all construction activities.
• At least 3/5 years of professional experience in Site Management's activity in the construction of steel processing plants;
• Knowledge in Site erection and commissioning activities management preferred for steel plants
• Very good written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
• Open-mindedness towards new approaches and innovations
• Confident handling of MS Office tools
