Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is looking for a

Construction Manager

• Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure timely, within budget, and quality project execution.
• Communicates across functions and provides relevant information to the project core team, especially to the Project Manager, Project Supply Chain Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Scheduler.
• Serves as the specialist contact responsible for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team.
• Acts as the central project-related point of contact during the construction phase.
• Coordinates and optimizes all matters related to the construction work package in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager.
• Monitors contractor compliance with the HSE plan and escalates significant non-conformities to the Project Manager; ensures all safety measures are implemented on-site.
• Prepares the construction work package thoroughly and properly.
• Ensures compliance with all legal and customer requirements during planning and execution, focusing on safe construction site operation and environmental considerations.

• Leads and manages all construction activities.
• Requires at least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site management of steel processing plant construction.
• Knowledge of site erection and commissioning activities in steel plants is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Open-minded to new approaches and innovations.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
