Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is looking for a

Construction Manager

• Initiates, coordinates, and controls all construction activities within the project to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and quality project execution.
• Communicates across functions and provides relevant information to the project core team, including the Project Manager, Project Supply Chain Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Scheduler.
• Serves as a specialist contact responsible for processing the construction work package during order execution for the site team.
• Acts as the central project-related point of contact during the construction phase.
• Coordinates with the General Commissioning Manager on matters related to the construction work package.
• Monitors contractor compliance with the HSE plan, escalating significant non-conformities to the Project Manager; ensures HSE measures are implemented.
• Prepares the construction work package thoroughly and properly.
• Ensures compliance with all legal and customer requirements during planning and execution, focusing on safe and environmentally responsible construction site operations.

• Leads, manages, and controls all construction activities.
• Requires at least 3-5 years of professional experience in site management of steel processing plant construction.
• Knowledge of site erection and commissioning activities for steel plants is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Teamwork, flexibility, organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
• Willing to travel worldwide.
• Open-minded to new approaches and innovations.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
