Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity in Frankfurt for a Construction Equipment Coordinator with one of the most reputable and largest Engineering contractors in Europe.

As aConstruction Equipment Coordinator, you are to ensure the management of Fleet, Tool & Plant on the company's projects in Ireland and across Europe and to do regular site visits on all projects to ensure the Fleet, Tool & Plant processes and procedures are being followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various project sites to verify fleet, tool, and plant equipment in accordance with group trackers.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of fleet, tool, and plant trackers for each project.
  • Oversee the redistribution of tool and plant assets as needed.
  • Track and implement maintenance schedules for all assets.
  • Assist in the management of company-owned and hired plant and vehicles across European projects.
  • Source and onboard new vendors efficiently.
  • Assist at the site level with escalating and resolving unpaid fines.
  • Ensure all vehicles are certified as roadworthy and compliant with regulations.
  • Perform general office management duties associated with this role.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Working experience in Fleet Management.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
