The freelance, 6-month assignment requires on-site leadership, coordination of multiple contractors, and strict adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and HSE standards.
You will liaise with the project team, manage engineering documentation, and ensure compliance with German laws and regulations.
We ARE Renewables is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor for a large-scale construction project in Niebüll, Germany. The expected duration is approximately 6 months, with the possibility of an extension based on performance.
As part of the site construction team, you will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of all construction activities on site. You will ensure that the project is executed in accordance with the schedule, budget, quality standards, and HSE requirements, and you will act as the link between contractors, the project organization, and the client.
Due to the project location, a good command of the German language is essential. In addition, you have extensive knowledge of German laws and regulations applicable to industrial construction projects.
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be part of the on-site project team and will have overall responsibility for managing the construction team during the execution phase of the project.
You will supervise the activities on a daily basis, coordinate the various contractors, and ensure that the agreed project objectives are achieved. In addition to operational management, a significant part of your role will focus on stakeholder management, change management, and ensuring safety and quality on the construction site.
