Mane Contract Services is partnering with a premier engineering solutions provider to recruit an experienced International Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution across major domestic and international technical projects in Europe, based in Frankfurt.

You will direct day‑to‑day installation and commissioning, manage multi‑disciplinary subcontractors, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate logistics with clients and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• Must have supervisory/coordinating experience in technical, industrial, energy or construction environments.
• Solid M&E knowledge is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and weekends at home.

Aufgaben

Salary: €4,400 – €6,000 gross/month (DOE) + International Allowances + Premium Benefits

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Construction Lead with a background in mechanical or electrical installations? Looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile technical projects across Europe while working with an industry leader in emergency power and critical technical installations?

At Mane Contract Services, we are exclusively partnering with a premier engineering solutions provider to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site execution across major domestic and international technical projects.

The Role:

As Site Supervisor, you will be the linchpin on-site—bridging the gap between the project manager, engineering teams, subcontractors, and the end client.

• On-Site Leadership: Direct day-to-day installation and commissioning activities, keeping projects strictly on track, on time, and within scope.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary technical teams and third-party contractors.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion HSE standards on-site (VCA, Toolbox talks, LMRA, work permits).
• Project Delivery: Act as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, proactively resolving site bottlenecks and escalating risks where necessary.
• Logistics & Materials: Ensure seamless coordination of on-site materials and workflow.

What You Bring:

• Technical Background: Vocational diploma (MBO-4 or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Track Record: Proven supervisory/coordinating experience within technical, industrial, energy, or construction environments.
• Solid M&E Knowledge: Practical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Leadership & Drive: Strong problem-solving abilities, structured site management, and effective stakeholder communication.
• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a distinct advantage).
• Mobility: Willingness to travel across Europe (Scandinavia, Mediterranean, Central Europe) during the week, with weekends spent at home.
• Base Salary: €4,400 – €6,000 gross per month (based on experience), plus generous international travel allowances.
