Zusammenfassung

Nordex SE seeks a BoP Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg to lead cost management and site readiness for civil works across wind turbine projects. You will coordinate with site management, ensure budgets align with contract conditions, and develop detailed project plans.

The role requires 5+ years of construction leadership in wind/renewables, fluent English, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. Some travel and a German driver’s license are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing construction projects, preferably in wind/renewable energy or construction sectors.
• Strong ability to monitor and manage project budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities to address construction challenges and delays promptly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and coordination with stakeholders at all levels.
• In‑depth understanding of wind energy construction processes, equipment, and industry regulations.
• Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and cost management tools.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 - C1); additional languages (Spanish, German) are an advantage.
• A valid driver’s license recognized in Germany is required for this position.

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.
