Our client develops innovative therapies for serious diseases and is an established partner in the healthcare sector thanks to its expertise in research, development and production. With up to 50% remote work!

Your profile

  • Sound professional experience in congress & meeting management, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in organizing national congresses and meetings.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare compliance at all levels (local, regional, national, international).
  • Proven project management skills, including budget and resource monitoring.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Familiarity with digital / virtual event management tools, MS Office, Outlook and database applications.
  • Good knowledge of legal regulations and codes of conduct in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Willingness to travel (including overnight stays).
