Qualifikationen

  • More than two years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management or quality management.
  • Completed studies in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge in quality management and continuous improvement.

  • Address supplier product quality issues escalated by the Plant.

We offerexciting projects atour renowned customer Airbus Aerostructures and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Conformance Manager" (m/f/d).

  • Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects by setting the measurement standards and identifying and facilitating improvements
  • Provide visible and reachable local presence that is responsive, rapid, and effective in addressing supplier product quality issues escalated by the Plant
  • Protect customers with a specific short-term focus
  • Launch curative and containment actions at suppliers or within Airbus
  • Address repetitive or major Quality escapes detected in the Plant and Final Assemly Lines (FAL) to the Aerostructure and Materials Parts organizations through Events or Safety Related Items (SARI)
  • Ensure feedback to the Plant and FAL until corrective actions and root-cause eradications in the Plant and FAL have been confirmed as being effective
  • Provide and evaluate KPIs related to conformance management and incoming inspection activities

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in the field ofAircraft construction, engineering, aerospace, supply chain quality or a comparable qualification
  • More than two years of professional experience in the field of:
    • Engineering
    • Manufacturing/ Production
    • Project Management
    • Quality Management
    • Supply Chain
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Fluent in English and German
