Job Track Description:

1. Should have worked in Application support
2. Ability to research issues and derive solutions from existing knowledge base
3. Ability to document newly derived solutions clearly and concisely for the benefit of the other team members/customer.
4. Will require working in US hours shift and/or weekend shift on a rotational basis
5. Monitor service platforms using available monitoring tools
6. Initiate troubleshooting activities if issues are found through monitoring
7. Answer service-related questions and feedback from users via email and phone
8. Provide user access control and termination as requested
9. Handle L1 and L2 tickets, perform basic troubleshooting, and incident resolution whenever possible
10. Handle bridge calls effectively
11. Basic knowledge of Windows Services
12. Knowledge of Linux is an added advantage
13. Be flexible to learn new processes as required
