- Independent management of a clearly defined portfolio of condominium owners’ associations (WEGs)
- Preparation, conduct and follow-up of owners’ meetings, with digital support for invitations, motion proposals and minutes
- Implementation of resolutions and coordination of external service providers
- Primary point of contact for administrative committees and property owners
- Provide active feedback on our systems: you help make our IT-supported processes better and more efficient
- Optional: support in acquiring new communities together with senior management, if desired
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a real estate clerk/property management specialist or equivalent qualification; at minimum, further training as a certified property manager (according to §26a WEG)
- Several years of experience in condominium (WEG) management
- Confident presence at owners’ meetings
- IT affinity and interest in digital tools
- Enjoy developing processes and creating new solutions
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
