Strategic ACI in Wiesbaden (Germany) seeks a Computer User Support Specialist – SME to support the U.S. Army INSCOM GEOINT IT environment. Responsibilities include helpdesk support, field service, and on-site user assistance at CONUS/OCONUS locations.

Required: TS/SCI clearance adjudicated within 5 years, 5+ years in user/field support, a Bachelor's or equivalent, ITIL Foundation, and CompTIA Security+. Travel up to 10% and ability to lift 20 pounds are expected.

• 5+ years in user and field support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide helpdesk and field service support to Scalable GEOINT users via telephone, chat, email, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and user-access issues; record and track service requests.
• Install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, network connections, and GEOINT-specific tools.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and maintain accountability of IT assets; support end-of-life disposal.
• Provide onsite field support at CONUS/OCONUS mission locations and prepare user guidance or training materials.

Strategic ACI is seeking a Computer User Support Specialist – SME (Helpdesk Team / FSR) to support the U.S. Army INSCOM Scalable GEOINT Architecture Contractor Manpower Equivalent (CME) Information Technology Support Services contract. The role supports Army GEOINT Office systems, software, security, and mission users.

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk and field service representative support to Scalable GEOINT users, including telephone, chat, email, and in-person assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and user-access issues; record and track service requests.
• Install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, network connections, and GEOINT-specific tools.
• Coordinate equipment repairs, maintain accountability of assigned IT assets, and support end-of-life equipment disposition.
• Provide onsite field support at CONUS/OCONUS mission locations, assist users with technical requirements, and prepare user guidance or training materials.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance, adjudicated within the last five (5) years.
• 5+ years in user and field support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• ITIL Foundation and CompTIA Security+ certifications.
• Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of this position, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working at a computer.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers and telephones.
