Your responsibilities

1. Do you love IT and networks? As part of our team, you will plan, implement and administer network and firewall infrastructures and ensure that your colleagues have a smooth working day.
2. Do you like taking responsibility? Take responsibility for the operational reliability of switches, firewalls, load balancers and their services, including monitoring, support, incident, patch, release, change and problem management.
3. Is information technology close to your heart? In this role, you will manage XDR / MDR solutions and take care of our security incidents.
4. Are you always one step ahead? Develop standards, technical guidelines and operating concepts with us.
5. Do you always have everything under control? You take care of colleagues' IT concerns (m / f / d) and process them in our internal ticket system. Support us with your know-how and maintain our documentation.

Your profile

1. Degree : Degree in computer science or comparable training
2. Several years of experience in network administration
3. Good knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN), firewall administration and routing and switching, ideally based on PaloAlto & Cisco
4. Initial knowledge of data centre coupling, NAC, 802.1x authentication, network automation, data centre operation, structured cabling and WAN environment (MPLS) as well as network trace evaluations under Wireshark or similar.
5. Initial experience in the field of IT security and in dealing with XDR / MDR solutions desirable.
6. Good command of German and English
7. Valid work permit for the European Union
8. Ability to cooperate and work in a team
