Wolt is seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist with a strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to regulatory compliance. This role requires full ownership of compliance processes, ensuring data accuracy, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory adherence through structured workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management

Ensure all merchant data aligns with regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Manage and resolve compliance inquiries while maintaining clear and professional partner communication.

Establish and enforce best practices to enhance workflow efficiency and data integrity.

Process Optimization & Automation

Identify opportunities to refine compliance tracking and reporting methodologies.

Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline data collection and verification.

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

Assess compliance metrics regularly to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide actionable insights and reports to key stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration

Engage proactively with partners to facilitate seamless compliance integration.

Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Legal teams to align on compliance initiatives and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: Your Profile

  • Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee compliance-related projects effectively.

Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills to engage with internal and external partners and drive compliance initiatives.

Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in German & English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Data-Driven Mindset: Experience with analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, and Looker.

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with compliance systems, partner relationship management systems (e.g., Monday, Salesforce), and automation solutions.

Proactive Ownership: Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
