Job Description

We are looking for a trustworthy individual for our branch in Germany, who will make an important contribution to the comprehensive and sustainable risk management of the bank in this role. The workplace can be either Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, or Düsseldorf. The following activities are part of your responsibilities:

1. Supporting our employees with plausibility and control tasks in the context of account openings and questions regarding due diligence
2. Assessing structures in the onboarding of new customers
3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in due diligence and tax issues
4. Ensuring all internal processes and procedures comply with applicable regulations and laws
5. Independently identifying necessary actions and initiating appropriate measures
6. Participating in projects on regulatory issues as well as in training sessions
7. Contributing to the implementation of new regulations and the further development of internal guidelines and processes
8. Participating in the ongoing monitoring of transactions

Requirements

For this responsible position, we are looking for a dedicated and trustworthy individual with the following profile:

• Completed studies in law or business administration, or banking or business administration training with relevant professional experience in the areas of Legal and Compliance in the banking and/or financial services sector
• Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements and due diligence, especially GWG, knowledge of FATCA and AIA desirable
• Quick comprehension as well as an independent, careful, and solution-oriented working style
• Professional and confident appearance
• Very good language skills in German and English
• You can contribute your communication and creative skills by participating in our internal training sessions
