Your responsibilities

As a compliance associate, you will be part of the 360 Treasury Systems AG (“360T AG”) Compliance Team, which is responsible for advancing and empowering a compliance-aware culture in 360T AG.

You will support the Chief Compliance Officer of 360T AG (“CCO 360T AG”) regarding the following:

1. Creation, review, and maintenance of 360T AG’s compliance strategy.
2. Preparation of compliance manuals, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
3. Documentation of all essential aspects of the activity in a comprehensible manner.
4. Establishment and regular review of compliance-related documentation.
5. Monitoring the development of the legal framework and analyzing the impact on 360T AG.
6. Monitoring compliance-relevant prudential regulations.
7. Informing and training employees about applicable compliance laws and regulations.
8. Development, coordination, and maintenance of 360T AG’s outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy.
9. Regular reporting to 360T AG’s executive and supervisory boards.
10. Undertaking compliance training and developing professional skills and knowledge to become an expert compliance practitioner, e.g., ACAMs /CISI diploma.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in law, business administration, or finance.
• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, management consultancy, auditing, internal audit, or supervisory authorities of financial services companies/banks.
• Profound knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework and its German implementation (MaComp, MaRisk, GWG, AUA, WpHG, MiFID, MiFIR, MAR, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel).
• Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, and statistical functions.
• Ability to think and work strategically and analytically.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is required.
