We are seeking a Compliance Manager (m/f/d) for the Bruker Biospin Group within the Bruker Corporation. This position is remote with periodic travel (approximately 2-3 times per year) to one of our European offices.

Responsibilities

1. Support compliance measures of the Bruker BioSpin Group in accordance with our global Ethics & Compliance program.
2. Assist with annual compliance risk assessments focusing on ethical conduct, anti-corruption, and fair competition.
3. Implement and optimize compliance policies, guidelines, and internal procedures.
4. Review business transactions and contracts for anti-corruption risks.
5. Support due diligence on business partners and assess red flags.
6. Organize and conduct compliance training sessions.
7. Create tailored compliance communications for various stakeholders.
8. Perform compliance monitoring reviews.
9. Assist with compliance due diligence during mergers and acquisitions and support post-merger integration into Bruker's compliance program.

Qualifications

1. University degree or equivalent in business, law, or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in ethics & compliance within an international industrial company, preferably in the medical technology sector.
3. Fluent in English; intermediate proficiency in German; knowledge of French or other European languages is advantageous.
4. High integrity, trustworthiness, and strong ethical values.
5. Assertiveness, independent thinking, and a structured, analytical approach.
6. Experience in project management.
7. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in conducting compliance training independently.
8. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
