Responsibilities:

  • Harmonize complex compliance requirements across Freudenberg’s diverse Business Groups worldwide. This role requires a sharp analytical mind and tactful communication skills to translate external requirements into actionable, straightforward approaches that support continuous improvement of our compliance architecture.

Your Impact:

  • Spearhead: Drive initiatives in Anti Bribery/Corruption, Antitrust, and Anti Money Laundering to safeguard the organization across different Business Groups and stakeholders.
  • Build & Enhance Networks: Partner with group-wide compliance networks to ensure best practices are adopted and knowledge is shared.
  • Guidance: Implement compliance projects, including guidelines, training, and awareness campaigns, to maintain organizational and collaborative effectiveness.
  • Advisor: Serve as a compliance touchstone within the ESG framework, advising on related topics and fostering collaboration within the compliance community.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation and experience in Compliance, Audit, & Risk Management.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build consensus among diverse groups.
  • Strong strategic thinking and social intelligence.
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
