Responsibilities:

1. Act as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for Corporate onboarding cases.
2. Lead special assignments and projects as required.
3. Conduct adhoc QA checks to support the regional team.
4. Identify and propose procedure and process enhancements.
5. Assist with compliance reviews and ongoing or ad hoc assessments in collaboration with team lead and Manager.
6. Work closely with MLROs, Account Managers/VIP, and other key stakeholders.
7. Utilize compliance applications such as Worldcheck effectively.
8. Maintain good knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and upcoming virtual currency policies.
9. Conduct customer risk assessments, periodic/trigger reviews, and enhanced due diligence.
10. Identify and document unusual activity or AML flags.
11. Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other relevant subjects.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of experience in a compliance role with substantial knowledge of relevant rules and regulations.
• Strong experience in corporate onboarding and understanding of different corporate structures.
• Effective writing skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, investigative, and detail-oriented skills.
• ACAMS certification is desirable.
