Responsibilities:

1. Act as a point of escalation and subject matter expert for Corporate onboarding cases.
2. Lead special assignments and projects as required.
3. Conduct ad hoc QA checks to support regional teams.
4. Identify and propose improvements to procedures and processes.
5. Assist with compliance reviews and ongoing assessments in collaboration with team leads and managers.
6. Work closely with MLROs, Account Managers/VIPs, and key stakeholders.
7. Utilize compliance applications such as Worldcheck effectively.
8. Maintain knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations, and upcoming virtual currency policies.
9. Perform customer risk assessments, periodic reviews, and enhanced due diligence.
10. Identify and document unusual activities or AML flags.
11. Participate in AML/CFT and other relevant training programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a compliance role, with a strong understanding of relevant rules and regulations.
• Extensive experience in corporate onboarding and understanding various corporate structures.
• Effective writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Investigative skills and attention to detail.
• ACAMS certification is desirable.
