Your mission

• Be responsible for communicating with our customers in the after-sales phase (complaints) by telephone and CRM system (Salesforce). You’ll also provide on-site support to customers with complaints at our showroom in Ochtrup
• Pursue a solution-oriented approach and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with the customer and our logistics service providers to initiate returns and redeliveries of goods
• Maintain close contact with our logistics service providers and be available to answer their questions regarding deliveries

Your profile

• You should have completed a programme of education or training equipping you to work in a commercial or business-related role. However, lateral entry may also be possible
• (Initial) professional experience in complaints management or customer care
• Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of foreign languages advantageous
• The ability to work in a team and with care and initiative. In addition to your communication skills, you should show a strongly customer and service-orientated approach and an ability to get things done
