Shape the future of our HR landscape in a key international role! We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded professional to lead and develop our Compensation & Benefits across all SP countries.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the C&B across all SP countries
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Take responsibility for HR KPI-reporting
  • Lead and implement global C&B related projects
  • Manage the annual compensation review process including benchmarks
  • Oversee senior compensation packages, promotions
  • Advance HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure compliance and integration with the global HR strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Tax, Audit, and external partners

Requirements :

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or similar
  • 5–8 years of experience in C&B and HRIS, ideally in an international setting
  • Committed teamplayer who works with dedication on her / his field of expertise
  • Expertise in MS Office (esp. Excel), SAP
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Intercultural competence and experience with international teams
