We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist fluent in German to join our team.

Position: Community Specialist with German
Location: Lisboa, Portugal
Employment type: Full-Time
Remuneration: EU up to 1,600/month

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage and develop an online community on social media, forums, and community platforms
  2. Create and share content to engage the community and encourage participation
  3. Respond to community member inquiries and comments in a timely and effective manner
  4. Facilitate online discussions and debates to foster engagement and conversation
  5. Analyze data and trends to improve community engagement and adjust strategies
  6. Develop strategies to increase community visibility and participation
  7. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align community efforts with company objectives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience in online community management
  • Knowledge of social media and community platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging content and facilitate online discussions
  • Data and trend analysis skills to improve community engagement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of community management tools and online marketing
