As Community & Office Manager, you will look after our Hamburg, Milan, and Amsterdam communities and offices. You will be based in our Hamburg office with occasional travel to Milan and Amsterdam. You support the operationalization and implementation of our community and office strategy, specifically creating meaningful connections, developing and delivering a five-star office experience, and bringing people together for social moments that matter in Hamburg, Milan, and Amsterdam. You will have the support of our brilliant Global Community & Office Lead based in Copenhagen and may be required to support them with wider community and office tasks.
What you'll be doing :
- Create meaningful connections through :
- Community communication: being the face of the local community in the office and on Slack, our primary internal communication tool. Championing and encouraging community communication; locally activating company campaigns through posters, digital screens (where applicable), and other mediums; gathering informal feedback from Trusties to understand community sentiment about key topics.
- Meaningful relationships: forging cross-functional relationships within your local community; welcoming new starters on day one, helping them settle in; meeting and greeting visitors.
- Connected leadership: supporting with the setup and organization of senior leadership events (e.g., Ask Me Anything sessions with the board or executive team); collaborating with executive assistants to support senior leadership and board members during AGMs, board meetings, and executive meetings in your office.
- Develop and deliver a five-star office experience through :
- Slick operations and clear communication: defining, delivering, and communicating a clear service proposition; managing the day-to-day operations of the office; collaborating with key stakeholders on requirements; maintaining and continually improving the office environment; monitoring office feedback to meet and exceed expectations; ensuring the office is an inclusive workplace.
- A safe and secure workplace: ensuring Trusties' safety and security; complying with local health and safety regulations; mitigating security risks.
- Accurate budget management: inputting into budget forecasting; managing the office budget daily; ensuring invoices are paid timely.
- Bring Trusties together for social moments that matter :
- Organizing and running local celebrations, such as Trustpilot's summer social and end-of-year party; coordinating community-wide get-togethers; supporting Trusties with logistics for their in-office events.
Additionally, you will regularly support continuous improvement project work as part of your role.

- Strong previous experience in a hospitality-focused role
