Are you passionate about retail, people and digital learning? We arelooking for a Community Manager to engage and support Intel’s retail community in Germany – both online and offline.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for store ambassadors and retail partners, making sure brand strategies, training content and performance feedback flow smoothly between all parties. You’ll create local training formats and digital events tailored to the German market, while collaborating with a wider team of Community Managers across Europe.

With strong support from engagement and content teams, you’ll deliver engaging training experiences – mostly digital, but sometimes also on-site. You'll also drive incentive programs and community engagement to foster loyalty and brand advocacy.

Let's talk about yourrole

• Create localised content for the German market – ideally in video format – to engage and train our retail community
  
• Plan and manage a quarterly content calendar tailored to your region
  
• Monitor key performance indicators and take action to reach engagement and training goals
  
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual reports on program performance
  
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with our ambassadors through regular contact and support
  
• Take full ownership of the program in your region – from execution to reporting and continuous improvement
  

We're looking for someone who

• Has experience managing online communities and creating training content, ideally in retail
• Knows how to run and improve ambassador or incentive programs
  
• Can understand business results and use them to plan activities that boost sales
  
• Has worked in retail before, especially with consumer electronics

Nice to have

• Interest in technology and experience with learning platforms
  
• Skills in video or photo editing (like Adobe Premiere or Photoshop)
  
• Background in marketing, running events or trainings, and group coaching
  
• Fluent inEnglish and German
