About the position

This full-time position is based in Munich and will report directly to the Site Manager. The Community Manager is an integral part of our team and is the heart and soul of each location. As a successful Community Manager, you will support the company’s growth, the community, and the operations team, helping them thrive.

With excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting people, your goal is to create an exceptional experience for Mindspace members. As a Community Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our diverse community — caring, attentive to people’s needs, and proactively engaging. It also helps if you’re good at remembering names. You’ll be the person members love to save in their ‘favorites’ contacts.
