Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for all community-building activities
- Build and maintain user engagement touchpoints across all community spaces
- Organize and moderate daily interactions to ensure a positive, supportive environment
- Develop and manage the community roadmap and content calendar
- Define and maintain clear community guidelines, best practices, and SOPs
- Plan and run community events, challenges, and live sessions
- Conduct user sentiment and community health analyses to identify needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with UX / UI designers to integrate community features into the app
- Work with customer support to address issues raised through the community
- Coordinate freelancers and external partners (e.g. moderators, content creators, platform providers)
- Monitor and report on community KPIs, using analytics and social listening tools
- Design and execute A / B tests to validate engagement activities
- Optimize internal processes for moderation, escalation, and feedback loops
- Plan and execute online and offline community-building initiatives
- Develop loyalty and advocacy programs to strengthen user connection
- Collaborate closely with marketing on community campaigns and product launches
- Align with management on community strategy, goals, and status updates
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (app or social media community experience is an advantage)
- Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, communications, or business-related field preferred
- Great command of English; German or Russian is considered a plus
