We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Community Engagement Manager (w/m/d) to represent DE-CIX's interests within the interconnection industry and at international technical meetings.

This is important to us

1. At least five years of experience in the interconnection industry, with excellent networking skills and a solid technical understanding, ideally with an academic background.
2. Proven experience in community engagement within the technology sector, strong public speaking skills, and the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences in at least two languages (English, German/Spanish).
3. Willingness to travel, the ability to lead stakeholders to joint success, and experience in managing projects, teams, and self-management.
