In your new role as Community Coordinator, you'll pull together all the operational threads. You'll manage member benefits, support on-site event execution, and help ensure our tools, systems, and processes are running smoothly behind the scenes to support a high-quality member experience.

Your fields of action in a glance:

• You manage the operations behind our core community benefits such as the Mentor Pool, startup discounts, and co-founder opportunities, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for members.
• You support the planning and execution of community events, especially with logistical tasks like tracking registrations, post-event follow-ups, and managing event tools.
• You maintain clean and up-to-date member data in our CRM (HubSpot), manage our key community tools Slack & Notion.
• You support the tracking of community engagement and participation by helping prepare regular analytics and reports.
• You are a reliable and friendly point of contact for our community.

You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:

• You have a solid professional qualification, whether in the form of a completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree.
• You bring initial experience from areas such as community management, project coordination, startup environments, or similar hands-on roles, along with a willingness to learn.
• You enjoy paying attention to detail, optimizing processes, and bringing structure to dynamic, people-oriented work environments.
• You have a good understanding of tools like Slack, Notion, and HubSpot.
• You are self-organized, reliable, and enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and ideally can communicate in German as well.
