What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Position Grünenthal’s strategy and the company’s transformational journey for external and internal audiences and ensure convincing storytelling for key stakeholders
• Serve as business partner for Grünenthal’s Head of Corporate Strategy and the CFO and provide strategic and actionable communications council
• Partner with the Commercial Organisation and the Chief Commercial Officer to support selected strategic initiatives with impactful communication
• Lead communication for Grünenthal’s M&A activities
• Build a comprehensive communication strategy and execution plan
• Create engaging content across internal and external channels, including town hall meetings, leadership roadshows, the intranet, videos, the annual report social media, and traditional media
• Support the strategy, planning, and evaluation process of Grünenthal’s communication team

What you'll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Extensive experience in specialized communication including e.g. M&A, financial transactions, strategy communications, change
• Experience both in external and internal communication
• A combination of strategic and hands-on experience in consultancies and/or in-house roles
• Proven expertise in delivering and executing impactful communication strategies
• Agility and ability to pivot in a dynamic business environment
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and influencing skills, working across all hierarchy levels
• Strong in both strategic thinking with an enterprise mindset and hands-on execution demonstrating accountability
• Strong understanding of corporate strategies and proven business acumen
• Ability to translate business strategy and financial results into a compelling narrative
• University Degree
• Fluency in Business English, additional language skills (esp. German) are a plus
