Job Description:

For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Köln Germany with immediate effect:

Perform administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the respective department in a timely and efficient manner, thereby contributing to successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.

Accountabilities
  • Manage daily website and intranet update requests, publish to the website, and coordinate with relevant content contributors.
  • Apply website best practices and ensure the website information architecture allows for intuitive navigation.
  • Monitor website analytics and improve the website where needed.
  • Seek and implement improvements to the content management systems and publication flow.
  • Coordinate with the web team and contractor to enhance digital communication presence.
  • Provide support and training for website and intranet content contributors.
  • Coordinate with the data protection officer to ensure compliance.
Specific Accountabilities
  • Experience with website publishing and content management systems.
  • Ideally have experience working with Drupal.
