Are you experienced in communications and passionate about startups ?

In your role as Communication & Social Media Manager (m / f / d) , you will develop and implement communication strategies, create engaging content, and manage our social media channels. Join our team and help deliver powerful, consistent communication!

Responsibilities

• You develop and implement targeted communication strategies.
• You manage campaigns and drive campaign communication.
• You manage and expand our social media and digital communication channels.
• You create and edit newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
• You provide social media coverage for events within the startup ecosystem.
• You build and maintain media contacts and proactively manage media relations.
• You are responsible for internal communications and crisis communication.

Requirements

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a team player with experience working cross-functionally.
• You think strategically and are highly organized in your planning.
• You are creative and enjoy shaping communications.
• You bring analytical thinking and a strong understanding of media.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• You have experience in social media management.
• You enjoy content creation and have a strong sense for trends.
