Your tasks

• contribute to the definition of the Industrial Supply Chain & Digital Operations organisation
• monitor and follow-up the progress of the roadmap
• perform business management activities for the platform, including harmonisation and design improvement
• work collaboratively with networks
• benchmark and advise leadership on communication strategies
• design and execute team development journeys and workshops to foster team spirit, dynamics, collaboration, agility, and empowerment

Your qualifications

• a successfully completed degree in business administration, international management, or economics
• work experience and knowledge in change management, project management, and process management
• basic application knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
• willingness to travel
• business fluent language skills in English and German
