The marketing team is the creative hub of our company, blending design, strategy, and communication like an in-house agency. This is where the ideas and concepts come to life, making our products and brand visible worldwide. From designing the robots to marketing them, all aspects converge in marketing. With our own video and photo studio, we professionally showcase content for social media, online campaigns, and presentations. At the same time, marketing is responsible for planning and organizing all global events, whether they’re international trade shows or partner events. This area combines creative thinking with strategic planning, always aiming to deliver impactful messages, equip the Business Partner Unit with compelling marketing material, and create memorable experiences. Marketing is not just the stage but also the engine that represents our company to the outside world.
Your mission & challenges
Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:
- Develop and maintain corporate and brand design to ensure a consistent visual identity
- Create and refine logos and brand style guides for cohesive branding for sub-brands, robot brands or spin-offs
- Coordinate the entire design project process internally with the stakeholders
- Provide design direction for team members and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Design and optimize website interfaces and new web platform visuals for an engaging user experience
- Design social media content, brochures, one-pagers, and motion graphics to support marketing efforts
- Develop icons, signage, and packaging for company branding and product representation
- Support robotic GUI design through detailed mockups and user interface visuals
- Execute image retouching and graphic production for various marketing materials
- Create graphics for manuals, quick-start guides, and product labels to support user education
What we can look forward to
- Proven experience in corporate and brand design development
- Strong skills in web, UI/UX, and motion design
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Ai tools etc.)
- Experience with iconography, signage, and packaging design
- Ability to work on multi-disciplinary design projects, from digital to print
- Confident presentation skills in both written and spoken English (German a plus)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-team design alignment
