Responsibilities:

1. Independently manage direct and indirect material groups and prepare calculations for various business cases.
2. Develop inquiries, compare offers, and conduct manufacturability analyses.
3. Manage budgets for components, tools, and services.
4. Negotiate prices independently and finalize agreements.
5. Coordinate quality features and technical requirements with relevant parties.
6. Oversee the sourcing board process for supplier nomination and approval of new business.
7. Order tools and initial samples, ensuring customer deadlines are met.
8. Control costs for components, tools, and services.
9. Optimize supplier structure within own material groups.

Candidate Profile:

1. Completed commercial degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Initial experience in purchasing, ideally in the automotive or supplier industry.
3. Solid knowledge of international purchasing standards and manufacturing processes.
4. Project experience is mandatory.
5. Proficient with MS Office and highly skilled in IT; experience with INFOR and SAP is a plus.
6. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
7. Strong team spirit, communication skills, and an independent, structured work approach.
