You are part of a global team embedded in a strong, international procurement community with 150 colleagues. We are business partners within the company and work cross-functionally in close partnership with our stakeholders to actively shape the future of Dr. Oetker. What is possible with us? Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international purchasing strategies and execute related measures.
• Prepare negotiation strategies, conduct negotiations, and conclude agreements considering the TCO approach.
• Manage international and cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with internal departments on optimization and project-specific initiatives.
• Control the supplier portfolio, including onboarding and phase-out of suppliers, as part of strategic supplier management.
• Prepare annual planning and market reports for your commodity group.
• Conduct procurement market research along the value chain and manage procurement marketing efforts.

What You Bring

• University degree with several years of international experience in strategic purchasing.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP, and other relevant purchasing systems.
• Experience in managing and moderating projects.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with intercultural sensitivity.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, curiosity, assertiveness, and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• High flexibility, teamwork skills, and willingness to travel.
