Quantum- Systems GmbH invites a motivated Commis de Cuisine to join its culinary team in a modern corporate catering setting. You will work alongside experienced chefs, supporting daily cook-to-order services and contributing to the creation of fresh, high-quality meals for employees.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cook-to-order service in corporate catering.
• Assist Chef de Partie with lunch service preparation and execution.
• Carry out mise en place and prep fresh ingredients.
• Prepare simple dishes and contribute to rotating daily specials.
• Ensure hygiene, HACCP compliance, and quality standards.
• Support different production areas (hot/cold/kitchen, stations).
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations and evolving menus.

Job description

As Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d), you will be part of our Culinary Team, supporting the preparation of fresh, high-quality meals for our employees. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will contribute to a smooth kitchen operation while continuously developing your culinary skills in a modern and dynamic environment.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Support the daily à-la-minute cook-to-order service in our modern corporate catering environment
• Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of the lunch service
• Carry out daily mise en place and prepare fresh ingredients and components
• Prepare simple dishes and support the creation of rotating daily specials
• Learn and apply professional kitchen workflows and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards
• Support the preparation of different production areas, such as the hot kitchen, cold kitchen, salad and bowl station, pizza station, or special event station
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations through clean, structured, and reliable work practices
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our daily changing menu offerings
