Quantum Systems GmbH is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in a modern corporate catering setting in Munich. You will help manage daily operations, contribute to menu development, ensure high quality and hygiene standards, and support the team during lunch service.

The role offers a clear development path toward a Sous Chef position, regular Monday–Friday daytime hours, and a professional kitchen environment with opportunities to grow leadership and culinary skills.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or professional training as a Chef / Cook.
• Several years of professional experience, ideally including initial leadership experience in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in operational management of our corporate catering concept.
• Share responsibility for the smooth execution of daily cook-to-order service.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor kitchen operations during lunch service.
• Lead and support the kitchen team in day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and culinary improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HACCP regulations.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory management, and cost-efficient kitchen operations.
• Foster a positive team culture and develop team members.
• Serve as a role model for quality, organization, hygiene, and culture.
