Quantum Systems GmbH in Munich is seeking a Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d) to join our Culinary Team, supporting the preparation of fresh, high-quality meals for our employees. You will learn and contribute under experienced chefs in a modern and dynamic environment.

You will handle mise en place, prep fresh ingredients, and assist with daily lunch service while embracing hygiene and quality standards in a corporate catering setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily à-la-minute cook-to-order service in our modern corporate catering environment.
• Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation and execution of the lunch service.
• Carry out daily mise en place and prepare fresh ingredients and components.
• Prepare simple dishes and support the creation of rotating daily specials.
• Learn and apply professional kitchen workflows and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
• Support the preparation of different production areas, such as hot kitchen, cold kitchen, salad and bowl station, pizza station, or special event station.
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations through clean, structured, and reliable work practices.
• Actively contribute to the development and improvement of our daily changing menu offerings.

• Support the daily à-la-minute cook-to-order service in our modern corporate catering environment
