As a Commercial Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Parts, you will design supportive and smooth processes for the sale and handling of services for our machines. You will maintain systems and clarify queries with representatives of the group brands, sales teams, and dealers throughout Europe.

Your Impact

• Maintain prices and product-related data in SAP
• Support systems and processes for dealer bonus programs, including KPI determination and query handling
• Assist in the commercial processing of contract changes and resolve issues in automated processes
• Act as a contact person for market queries and create regular reports
• Support the expansion of the Aftersales Commercial Excellence program in EMEA
• Participate in optimizing ordering and invoicing processes and market release of Aftersales Digital Products

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Completed training with relevant professional experience in Aftersales / Commercial Service
• Confident working with MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
• Written and spoken English skills
